Cluj-Napoca or simply Cluj in everyday language is the second largest city and is one of the most important academic, cultural and industrial centers in Romania. The city is located in the center of Transylvania and is certified documentary since 106, when the Roman Empire conquered Dacia and formed the city of Napoca.

Cluj is a rich cultural environment offering a series of cultural events and festivals of music, art and film, some with continental relevance, such as Opera Ball, Transylvania International Film Festival (TIFF), Untold Festival or Electric Castle.
